You were making such good progress. What happened?
Yeah so you were doing the low-carb thing for a while and money got tight and pasta is pretty cheap, but you have to atleast start going to the park again. 2 weeks is way too long to stop excersizing.
30 pounds by your birthday...you can totally do it dude.
Maybe if you woke up earlier you could run to the gym before work - but call the fitness center to make sure what time they open and close.
And you have to start sleeping more. You're starting to feel it more now aren't you? It is getting ridiulous. You didn't use to be tired at work so often and quickly. Try avoiding sunsets - they're not what they used to be - its not like back in Linwood. You should be sleeping before the birds start chirping.
You don't know what you're doing this weekend so don't count too much on taking Saturday off and sleeping in. Same thing goes for Sunday.
You still have to give Paki money for PSE&G and Cable and make your credit card payment soon. And gas is still pricey even though it went down a few cents. So keep your eating out to a minimum. QDoba or Chipotle only once a week if even. And try to mend your pants if you don't feel like buying a new pair - if you do, then wait till after next week.
